Plans and what counts toward your limits
AcornReply keeps pricing simple: a flat monthly price per plan — never per seat and never per workspace. This article explains what the plans are and, more usefully, what actually counts against your limits.
The plans
There's a Free plan plus paid Pro and Premium plans. Each is a single flat price, so you can add teammates and spin up more workspaces without your bill going up. For current prices and exactly what each tier includes, see the pricing page — this article focuses on the shape of the limits rather than specific numbers, which can change.
What counts against limits — and what doesn't
The Free plan is built to cover everyday support, with caps on the parts that cost us to run and no caps on the parts that shouldn't be limited:
- Capped on Free: AI-drafted replies and outbound emails have limits.
- Never capped: incoming customer messages and the number of teammates. You can receive as much support volume as you get, and invite your whole team, on any plan.
Pro and Premium lift the caps on AI drafts and outbound email.
The AI reply quota
Your AI-draft allowance is shared across the ways the AI writes replies:
- Drafts generated for a human to review and send, and
- Replies sent by auto-reply, if you've turned it on.
When the allowance is used up, AcornReply doesn't drop messages — it simply routes them to a human to handle instead. So you never lose a conversation to a limit; the AI just steps back until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Plan-gated features
A few capabilities depend on your plan — for example, options like hiding the "Powered by AcornReply" footer, custom help-center domains, and how many workspaces you can create. You'll see these gated in the product, and the pricing page lists what's included where.
Managing your plan
Admins manage the plan under Settings → Plan & billing. Changes apply to the whole organization, since billing lives at the organization level.
