Is there a mobile app?

Yes. AcornReply has an iPhone app on the App Store: Support Inbox - AcornReply. It needs iOS 17.4 or later.

In the app you can sign in or sign up, reply to customers, edit the AI draft, snooze and resolve conversations, and get push notifications. Swipe right on a conversation to snooze it, swipe left to resolve it.

There is no Android app yet. On Android, use AcornReply in Chrome and install it from the ⋮ menu. The iPhone app is not in EU App Stores yet.
