What is AcornReply?

AcornReply is a support inbox for small teams who still answer their own customer email. AI drafts a reply from your knowledge base and chosen voice, and by default a human reviews and sends every one — nothing goes out on its own. Prefer more automation? You can turn on auto-reply or article suggestions in Settings → AI assist; it's off by default.
